The PHP/Java Bridge is a network protocol. The implementation is pure Java with some parts written
in PHP.
This means that you can (and should) nuke your php_java.dll.

Yes. Fortunately PHP refuses to load your (presumably broken) php_java.dll, so it will not
interfere with the PHP/Java Bridge.
