which error message do you get?

The war file contains a 32bit php executable. If your
CPU can execute 32 bit binaries, you can rename the
php-cgi-x86-windows.exe to php-cgi-XXX-windows.exe,
see the error message above.
However, if you have php-cgi.exe installed in the
%PATH%, the bridge will use this php executable
instead of the built-in binary.

The JavaBridge.war contains a log4j.jar library. This
library is responsible for this behaviour. I will
remove log4j from the war file.
