i wanted to know how i can get live news feed data (INDIAN) , without any or like minimal latency(30-40s), i tried using some rss feeds but all they do is provide the data as some latency so what i can do

If your research doesn't reveal any suitable free/public options then approach a news organisation whose data you want to use and see if they have any commercial arrangements you can make to subscribe to real-time data.

yeah , that can be an option like but i wanted either out there is a way of like web scraping or sth

Scraping is theoretically an option but most such data will be under license. If you take it without correct permissions or process you may leave yourself open to legal action, and also bigger sites nowadays often have good defences which will make scraping by bots difficult or impossible. And such a method is unlikely to be any faster than RSS anyway.

you are right , anyways like i have been said to fetch the data from https://www.bloomberg.com/asia bloombeerg so any suggestions?
