Fix maemo5 tst_QContactManager::signalEmission test
Fixed bugs in the test case.
Fixed maemo5 engine to have more checks around signal emission and removal
operations (eg. it was emitting contactsRemoved signals with empty list
arguments).
Fixed tst_QContactAsync test to be more permissive wrt. manager-generated
details.
Relates to QTMOBILITY-207
