Rename some functions and fields in QContactName for clarity
QContactName::first() -> firstName(), middle -> middleName(),
last() -> lastName(). This is to avoid confusion that might arise
from the "implied" Name suffix of these functions, as opposed to the
other functions in the class like customLabel().
