Symbian SIM: Removed timeout from synchronous methods.
Previous timeout (30s) was not enough for deleting 100 contacts. It's better
to define no timeout for synchronous synchronous methods. We cannot know how
long any given operation takes. And if the client needs a timeout for an
operation it can use the asynchronous API instead.
