metacontact - getch returns only one when multiple have the same metacontact. aggregatting presence
- fetch request returns metacontact (master contact) when it links to multiple IMContacts
- metacontact aggregates all presence information from IMContacts with link to where from this information came
- unit tests updated
- work in progress - TODO remove IMContact
