Flesh out extended and custom attributes
In effect there are 3 types of attributes
cross-platform attributes
-shared across all platforms landmark name, latitude etc
extended(platform specific) attributes
-specific to particular backend
custom attributes
-can be arbitrarily created by an application
The QLandmarkAttributeFilter defines manager attributes
the combination of cross-platform and extended attributes.
