Refactor qlandmarkfilehandler_lmx to not have database dependencies
re-enable the unit tests for the lmx file handler
include debug ifdefs for geoplaces and geoaddress
When dealing with categories for lmx we don't recognise the
global category ids so remove these from the test lmx files.
