Implement offset and maxItems from fetch hint.
-The current implementation can be greatly optimized,
since currently relies on QList::mid().
-Make QLandmarkFetchHInt::maxItems() and
QLandmarkFetchHint::offset const.
-Expand unit tests for the offsets and max items limit.
-Remove max matches from the filter class.
-Provide a default filter for QLandmarkManager::landmarks() and
QLandmarkManager::landmarkIds() so these function can
now be called without any parameters.
