Fix plugin discovery strategy.
Slightly adjust the directory scanning so only the subdir
"plugins/contacts" (or "contacts", if the directory ends in
"plugins" already) is scanned. Don't ever look in a sibling
directory.
Also try to avoid reconnecting to RFs all the time on Symbian.
