Store the detail definition names and field names internally as latin 1.
This allows direct pointer comparisons in the common "string constant"
case, and also avoids a conversion to unicode, and allocation of
QStringData - a saving of over 60% usually.
Downsides are a number of trampoline template functions, since
QLatin1Constant is not a single class.
