libpyside: Clean up #include directives
Remove unused #include directives, group by libpyside, libshiboken,
Qt, C++ and sort alphabetically with the exception of sbkpython.h
which sanitizes the "slot" defines and needs to go to the top when
used). Add the module to the Qt classes.
