setup.py: Fix .pdb file names
Remove the python version suffix, fixing error
error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'pyside-setup56d\\testenv3d_build\\py3.5-qt5.6.3-64bit-debug/shiboken2/libshiboken/shiboken2-python3.5.pdb'
when building Windows with debug.
