PySide: Fix debug build in windows
- PYTHON_DEBUG_LIBRARIES does not exist in FindPython module and this
cmake variable is equivalent to Python_LIBRARIES.
PYTHON_DEBUG_LIBRARIES was already deprecated even before CMake 3.16.
