tools: improve and modernize debug_renamer.py
This tool needed an enhancement for usage in PyPy debugging
and dump comparison.
- added argparse and options to use files for input/output
- added option "-r" for renaming action
- added option "-f" for hiding time output
More actions can easily be added, feel free to add one.
