Shiboken: Change type(SbkType_FromSpec) to PyType_Object
This step prepares the transition of type generation
to PyPy compatibility.
[ChangeLog][shiboken6] SbkType_FromSpec() has been changed to
return a PyType_Object *.
Task-number: PYSIDE-535
