pyside2: Prepare build system for Qt 6
- Introduce a version variable to the CMakeLists.
- Emulate the Qt5Core_INCLUDE_DIRS, Qt5Core_LIBRARIES variables
by retrieving them from the INTERFACE
- Raise the language level
