Remove QtWidgets test bug_714.py
The test was checking reference counts on the pixmaps returned by
QPixmap *QLabel::pixmap() in 5.15, which was changed to return the
QPixmap by value in Qt 6. The check does not make sense anymore and
the equality check at the bottom would fail.
