ModifiedRow: use for all edit strategies
Previously ModifiedRow was used only for OnManualSubmit and
a seperate buffer and utility methods were used for OnFieldChange
and OnRowChange.
Also, initialization of the edit buffer is done by ModifiedRow
instead of a helper function.
