Massively update the hurd-g++ mkspec.
Bring it to the same level as linux-g++:
- copy the defines from common/linux.conf
- use the common gcc/g++ .conf files
- keep the trick of linking the pthread library everywhere
- leave out the wayland variables, which are not useful for Hurd
