wasm: Use QWasmFileEngine for file drag-and-drop
Register the file handle to QWasmFileEngine if asyncify is
in use, and return the corresponding webfile:// url to
use code via the mime context.
User code can then later open the file using QFile,
and read/stream file content without reading the entire
file at once.
