QTest: add QDeadlineTimer qWaitFor() overload
For Forever timers, don't check the remaining time.
Merge src_corelib_kernel_qtestsupport_core_snippet.cpp and
src_corelib_kernel_qtestsupport_core.cpp.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QTest] Added QDeadlineTimer qWaitFor() overload.
