QtNetwork: bypass proxy for local connections
According to Qt doc, "Network proxy is not used if the address used in
connectToHost(), bind() or listen() is equivalent to
QHostAddress::LocalHost or QHostAddress::LocalHostIPv6. This is not the
case in current implementation.
