Doc: Simplify description of QKeySequenceEdit::maximumSequenceLength
Main purpose is to limit the number of keys a user can enter, so let's be explicit about this. 'Truncation' seems to happen only if the program programmatically sets a longer sequence to the edit, which is arguably a programming error and also shows up as a warning in the logging API.
