QTabBar: fix handling hidden tabs
Hidden tabs were not properly handled within normalizedScrollRect() and
makeVisible() which lead to ui glitches and disable left/right buttons
even though there are more buttons available.
Account for hidden tabs in calculating the scroll rect.
Since the glitch is purely graphical, it can't be autotested.
