QDrawUtil: Cleanup qDrawPlainRoundedRect/qDrawPlainRect
Cleanup the drawing code to avoid useless drawings by only calling
drawRect once with the correct parameters. This also removes rendering
artifacts due to e.g. rounding errors with a dpr != 1.
