Remove a spurious forward-declaration of QLocaleData
Amends commit e330a9bb44fd5deb86a46934b2b45c1ad1f9f70a (Qt 6.0.0) in
which I replaced fallbackUiLocaleData() with fallbackUiLocaleIndex(),
thereby making the forward declaration redundant.
