tst_QDateTime: check a few more details
Mostly pedagogic checks in operator_insert_extract(), but also
sanity-checking, to confirm spec conversions produce results equal to
what each came from.
In daylightTransitions(), verify the spring forward goes from standard
time to daylight-saving time.
