Update time-zone lists in tests
Other work lead me to notice that America/Ottawa and GMT-2 are no
longer standard in the tz package, so revised tests using. Since they
appear in lists used by tests that aim to check every zone actively
used by tst_QDateTime, update those lists at the same time.
