CMake: auto package ASan runtime lib and wrap.sh if ASan is enabled
When Qt is built with QT_FEATURE_sanitize_address attempt to auto
package the libclang_rt.asan-*-android.so library and the wrap.sh
script which are required at runtime for the sanitizer to work.
The two files are added to ${target}_prepare_apk_dir target.
