CMake: Map configure -hostdatadir to INSTALL_MKSPECSDIR
In the qmake-based build, the hostdatadir is the directory where "Data
used by qmake" is located. In the CMake build the equivalent is
INSTALL_MKSPECSDIR. Create the mapping accordingly.
