fix: Redundant condition in qplaintextedit
The redundancy in the conditional judgment exists
because QApplicationPrivate::keypadNavigationEnabled()
appears in both conditional branches. Specifically, the
conditional expression can be simplified because
!A || (A && B) is equivalent to !A || B.
