Make dumpObjectTree() and dumpObjectInfo() invokable from QML
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QObject] QObject::dumpObjectTree() and
QObject::dumpObjectInfo() are now invokable, allowing them to be used
from QML.
Fixes: QTBUG-126849
