Extend the condition for QT_FEATURE_async_io
It should properly cover the Linux and Windows cases.
Previously it was working simply because we always have
QT_FEATURE_thread and QT_FEATURE_future enabled in CI.
Amends 710847b3a5715bedbc7f30abafe8d55c58eafc9f for Linux
and ae7a1946c2daadb814efeac9d568321b1cbd3c2a for Windows.
