QDecompressHelper: export class for private usage
The qtgrpc module requires functionality to decompress message bodies.
This logic is already implemented within the private QDecompressHelper
class.
To avoid code duplication and promote reuse, this change exports
QDecompressHelper, making it accessible for private use.
