windeployqt: Use QProcess instead of an ad hoc reimplementation
We had a simplified reimplementation of QProcess in windeployqt. It
existed, because "there's no QProcess in the bootstrap lib". Nowadays,
windeployqt does not use the bootstraplib anymore, and we can just use
QProcess.
