QMake: Add support for MSVC's address sanitizer
[ChangeLog][QMake] QMake MSVC projects can now enable MSVC's address
sanitizer with CONFIG += sanitizer sanitize_address
This adds a new msvc-sanitize.conf file that sets the sanitizer-related
QMake variables.
