Un-blacklist QFileSystemModel::dirsBeforeFiles
After 4e796e0b0dcf4c0848044471021db3afce16ee5d we only have blacklisted
passes in the database, and no flaky failures on macOS.
Exception is WinRT, which stays blacklisted.
