qt-testrunner: add testcase that verifies a crashed test re-runs fully
Even if it has written a proper, non-corrupt XML file, with no trace of crash.
Fixed also a small typo in a comment because it referred to
the wrong environment variable.
(changed QT_MOCK_FAIL_LIST to QT_MOCK_RUN_LIST).
