QTreeWidget: mark is/setFirstItemColumnSpanned() as deprecated
Deprecate the QTreeWidget functions is/setFirstItemColumnSpanned() to
stay in sync with the other deprecated functions
(selected/expanded/hidden) so they can get removed in Qt6.
Also add a small unit test for them.
