De-duplicate elements of QMAKE_DIR_REPLACE[_SANE]
Elements that appear in QMAKE_DIR_REPLACE_SANE must appear in
QMAKE_DIR_REPLACE to be considered due to the algorithm used in
exclusive_builds_post.prf.
