Allow passing custom arguments to qmlplugindump
Add QMAKE_QMLPLUGINDUMP_FLAGS variable that allows plugins to set
qmlplugindump options like -app, -noforceqtquick.
The naming follows the example of e.g. QMAKE_LRELEASE_FLAGS.
