qtestcase.h: fix -Wconversion warnings from std::chrono::duration vs int
Port more code to std::chrono to avoid this mix-n-match of precisions
formatTryTimeoutDebugMessage is exported but there's no BC requirement
in QTestLib, so this commit simply changes its signature.
