Replace the current license disclaimer in files by
a SPDX-License-Identifier.
Files that have to be modified by hand are modified.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.

Says GCC:

Instead of including <QIODevice>, use the correct 'nested name
specifier', QIODeviceBase.
