Since qAsConst has exactly the same semantics as std::as_const (down to rvalue treatment, constexpr'ness and noexcept'ness), there's really nothing more to it than a global search-and-replace, with manual unstaging of the actual definition and documentation in dist/, src/corelib/doc/ and src/corelib/global/. Model subclasses can now refine this by having index-specific logic instead, or in order to inspect the dropped data (e.g. to accept files and refuse directories, which are all text/uri-list). [ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QAbstractItemView] now calls canDropMimeData in order to decide whether or not to accept the drop.
