tst_selectionrectangle: Update tests for TableView without delegate
This patch enhances the test coverage for SelectionRectangle when used
with a TableView that has no delegate set.
The changes add the following considerations:
1. Verify that selection doesn't activate when no delegate is set
2. Cover potential crash scenarios
3. Consider the no-delegate case
