qqmllsutils: add findFilePathFromFileName for single files
Add a variant of findFilePathsFromFileNames called
findFilePathFromFileName that returns the first filepath found that
matches the name. It will be used later to find the header that defines
a QML component defined in C++ during "go-to-definition".
Task-number: QTBUG-128393
