QQmlDelegateModelItem: Avoid unneeded reparenting in destroyObject
Reparenting to QCoreApplication is only needed in the rare case where
our event loop is gone, and deleteLater no longer works.
Avoid the overhead of reparenting if aboutToQuit has not been emitted
yet.
