Revert "Layouts: Add revision to useDefaultSizePolicy"
This reverts commit ed40975bf5b4a30ab0c8fe05f8ee19e9f3db3bc3.
Reason for revert: We don't need revisions on attached properties,
they are always qualified anyway.
